The Malvern Hills GeoCentre is indoors (for those rainy days), has a free car park, ipads for kids to interact with and a family friendly cafe to buy lunch. There are sometimes roadshows or workshops for families at weekends featuring topics like geology or archaeology.
eekbatik workshops - Batik is a fun and beautiful art form involving dye, cloth and hot wax. Workshops for children, adults or families are held at regular intervals and can be arranged.
Eastnor Pottery - located within the grounds of Eastnor Castle, Eastnor Pottery offer a wide range of fun and creative activities for children and families.
Green Frog Pottery - based in Barnards Green. Green Frog Pottery offer a fun and friendly pottery-painting studio and have "click and collect" kits, so you are able to have the Green Frog Experience at home.
Malvern Splash Leisure Complex - public swimming pool with wave machine, floats and water slide.
Theatre of Small Convenience - the smallest theatre in the world but a unique experience for children.
Malvern Ice Skating and Laser Quest - a real ice rink and a (seperate) laser quest arena. Can get quite crowded so turn up early or book to avoid dissapointment.
Hunt for a Geocache - Geocaching is a real-world outdoor treasure hunting game and kids of all ages love it! Register for free on thier website and then try and find hidden containers nearby using a GPS enabled device (many smart phones are GPS enabled). There are lots of Geocaches on and around the Malvern Hills for you to search for.
Cinema and Stage at Malvern Theatres - an active theatre with high quality productions and fairly regular children's productions and films.
The Great Worcester Maize Maze - on the outskirts of Malvern; you will find The Great Worcester Maize Maze. Each year the maize crop is grown and turned into a maze, with different themes for you and the kids to enjoy.
