Driving to Malvern is relatively easy, being a short journey from the M5 and M50 motorways with good links to the south west (Bristol, Cardiff), the south (Cheltenham, Swindon), the north (Worcester, Birmingham) and cross country routes to the west and south west (Warwick, Oxford, and on to London).
Car parking in and around Malvern is relatively straight forward, with a number of Pay and Display car parks on the Malvern Hills and in the main town. There is also a fair amount of on-street parking, but the narrow roads and inclines make this less favourable; always be sure to put your wing mirrors in to prevent them being accidentally clipped by passing motorists, and turn your wheel into the curb to prevent the car unexpectedly rolling away.

Many of the ticket machines now have QR Code plaques affixed to them. Scan these with your smart phone and obtain information about the walking routes to the hills and special offers from local businesses along the way.
