Malvern is accessible by train from Hereford, Birmingham and London with stations at Malvern Link to the north east of the hills, Great Malvern in the eastern leigh of the hills and Colwall, a village to the west of the hills just inside the county of Herefordshire.
Coming by train brings you straight in to the historic Great Malvern Station, the heart of the Malverns with out having to worry about traffic delays en-route and car parking when you arrive. Travel time from Hereford is about 30 minutes, from Birmingham about 1 hour, and from London about 2:45 hrs depending on the service. Worcester is about 15 minutes away, and the train helps you to avoid the slow traffic around the city, whilst Oxford is about 1:30 hrs away and provides a more direct route than the tortuous cross-country roads should you decide to drive.
