From this playground you can see the Victorian bandstand, originally built in 1875 and refurbished in the 1980s. On the right of the playground entrance you will see a wooden statue created by Tom Harvey, carved from the remnants of a tree that had to be felled.
To the left, the majestic hills stand against the skyline. For directions to walk up to the hills click here.
If you stand by the children's slide, you will see an ornate red brick building in the distance in front of the hills. This is the Tudor Hotel where Dr Gully practiced his famous water cure.
